Return Policy


Delivery

  • All our orders are made in our location in Florida. Every order has a standard processing time of 1-2 business days.
  • The standard delivery time for orders is 3-5 business days.
  • The standard total time for orders is 4-7 business days.
  • On commissioned or custom orders, the processing time is 4-7 days plus 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • If we encounter any issues with the address provided or with the order itself, we will contact you to let you know. This is a rare circumstance, but if it happens, it may take a few days longer than what has been previously stated. 

Returns

Our goal is to provide you with artwork you will love. With our acrylic pieces, we will always fix or replace your artwork if there are any issues with your order. We take quality very seriously to ensure that you are satisfied and that our pieces complement your space! In this case, we will fix or replace the piece and deliver your new acrylic piece.

Regarding the canvases, these are unique and original pieces. If there are any defects with your order, please contact us directly to assess your case. If for any reason you do not like the artwork, you can return it but must pay a restocking fee of $35 plus a delivery fee of $40. We will pick it up from the same place that it was shipped from and will fully refund you for the order, except for the restocking and delivery fees.

Returns are not accepted on commissioned artwork (special orders).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned order and let you know if the refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, we will begin the refund process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


Late or missing refunds

Once your return is processed, please check your bank or credit card account. If the refund does not appear in your account after 5 business days, please email us at hello@modernoart.com.


Exchanges

For acrylic pieces only, since we print them on demand, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your piece due to damage and wish to exchange it for the same piece, send us an email at hello@modernoart.com 

For canvas pieces, since they are unique, you can do an exchange for another artwork but will have to pay a restocking fee of $35 plus a delivery fee of $40.
